QML will soon be putting out an offer for a new agreement for workers to vote on. We need to use our collective voice and be ready to VOTE NO to show management we want a fair agreement that includes: 

  1. MORE SECURE JOBS
  2. A FAIR PAY INCREASE

    (to reflect our skill, dedication and the substantial profits we make for QML)

  3. NO REDUCTIONS IN CONDITIONS
  4. BACK PAY

    (since the expiry of our old agreement)
