Annual Leave Survey
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING THIS SURVEY:
On Tuesday, 27 April 2021 your Union had a Fair Work conciliation against Woolworths because we believe that some members may be owed an additional week of annual leave.
If you are rostered to work on Sundays and have worked at least 6 public holidays, then you may be eligible for the additional week of annual leave.
There is a chance that in response to our claim, Woolworths may change your shifts and remove you from the Sunday roster. However, they can do this at any time by giving 7 days notice under our EBA.
